I was interested in seeing if he could help me with my lack of concentration and listening skills. I felt he asked the appropriate questions to ascertain the problem and what I wanted as a solution but didn't build up my expectations, so when we met I had an open mind. Mr Bowtell had a very professional demeanour but I felt very comfortable in his presence as he was quite welcoming and that made me feel reassured. The hypnotherapy session had been tailored for me specifically which showed that he had a good understanding of my problem from our previous conversation over the phone. The hypnosis helped me greatly and I also bought a CD to help me later on down the line. I now feel more confident about talking to people as I can now take on-board what they are saying and offer a sympathetic response or just engage them in a meaningful conversation.
